Format 1: Original format, you need to input address same when you create receiver address manually.
Format 2: Columns are only Customer and Address. Upon uploading, provided address will be checked if valid.
Note:
1. Column with (*) asterisk are required. Input N/A if you can't provide the data.
2. Selecting of file format is required before you proceed on uploading. Validations will be based on the selected format.
If there's any error on previous upload, button to export error logs will be available.
